“Recently I passed my NCLEX-RN with 60 questions in first attempt. I am very very thankful to snehamam and rudra academy because without her help I can’t do it. I definitely said that, during my exam all lecture notes ,her tips and tricks for exam help me a lot. In whole journey i constantly got motivation, guidance from her. After the exam now I can realise how she changed my level of understanding and how I can apply answer. According to my experience if you have knowledge of your profession (nursing) but for the RN exam you need a best teacher who guide you,teach you and you get a success so snehamam is that person for me .she is knowledgeable, best teacher, motivator. “I am grateful to Rudraa acedemy and Sneha mam for their constant support and encouragement throughout this Process.
There was a time when i don’t wanted to give NCLEX, just because i was scared that who would prepare for so long. And specially me was thinking that as it was an years after passing nursing schools and how would i can pass this exam? But, see… I passed in first attempt … hard work payed back… Sneha mam was always there to encourage me.. and motivate me… her excellent skill of teaching.. lecture notes and she herself as a guide helped me to achieve this goal. “Attending online class is always different than offline one…..
I knew that we have that wrong concept in our mind after attending Rudraa academy for my Nclex. Not a single time I felt that I was away from Sneha mam. Constant motivation, encouragement, personal attention was the lifeline for me to pass this exam. I do not have words to share my experience here but would say in breif that i was very nervous and anxious for my exam before 2 weeks and was crying due to tension and stress of the anxiety.

Sneha mam used to call me repeatedly to give me motivation and psychological support that helped to crack nclex. Her small small tips are very very helpful to pass nclex in first trial.

“Hello Nurses,
I am very happy to announce that I am RN USA now…. my dream has come true….. The whole credit goes to Rudraa Academy…… I don’t have any words to thank my coach Sneha….. In my nursing school, I used to be topper, but when I decided to be an RN of USA, my life took turns and it took me to the path which was full of anxiety, stress, tension and many ups and downs. Soon after graduating I had joined Rudraa academy and I did not have any practical experience, but the dynamic method of teaching of Ms. Sneha helped a lot…. when I could not pass for the first time, I was totally broken down. My confidence was dangling and I was not sure to take second attempt. Ms. Sneha encouraged me continually, she motivated me all the time by her impressive speech, she pushed me to keep hope and faith in myself. When I was in exam center, the computer was not shutting down at 75,100, 145, 200 and I was palpating like anything, however I was consciously trying to recall all her words to keep myself stronger and you know what it ended at 265…… The 48 hours wait time for, the result was very horrible for me, but my coach had a very strong feeling for me that I had passed….. wait time got over and when she announced that I passed, I was dumb….. And today I can’t be quite to announce that I am RN now….

“It has been more than 2 years when i had joined Rudraa academy…..with hard work and Good preparation i was ready to take nclex in 5 months, unfortunately I did not get canadian nclex approval for longer period of time. Waited and waited and then again applied for LPN and it was not the end. I got approval after 8 months and took Nclex-PN and cleared it in first attempt. Atleast I can say that now i can start working in the hospital. Thanks for my coach and friends and family to encourage me and support me….”
